We keep your personal information for as long as it’s needed to provide our services or as required by law. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your data following the process described below.
Please note, some of your user-generated content (such as posts or comments) may still be visible to others, but it will no longer be connected to your identity. Some information may also be kept to meet legal requirements.
How to request data deletion
If you would like to delete your account and personal data, please email us at contact@situp.live with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Be sure to include your full name and the email address linked to your account. We will verify your request and delete your data within 30 days. Note that user-generated content you’ve shared may still be visible but will no longer be associated with you.
Information Sharing
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers (such as login services) to help us deliver our services. If you’ve logged in via third-party platforms (like Facebook or Google), you may need to contact those platforms separately to request deletion of data held by them.
Geolocation data
We collect your location data to help you find nearby sits or users. You can control the collection of location data in your device settings. If you request the deletion of your data, your geolocation data will be deleted as well.
